Joy Acha, PharmD, MPH, MBA Research Program Coordinator

Joy Acha supports the strategy, research, and day-to-day coordination behind the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Dashboard at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She manages internal workflows, helps lead collaborations across departments, and oversees the dashboard website—including content updates and stakeholder engagement.

With a background in pharmacy and dual training in public health and business, Joy works at the intersection of drug policy, data, and access. She plays a key role in bringing together researchers, vendors, and policymakers to build tools that improve visibility into the drug supply chain and inform real-world solutions to medicine shortages.

She’s passionate about using data to drive impact, and her work continues to support both U.S. and global efforts to strengthen pharmaceutical resilience and equitable access.
